Clayboy’s Shave Ice is a locally owned Hawaiian shave ice business founded in 1991 by Scott Styer in Catonsville, Maryland.
After spending several years living in Hawaii, Scott learned and perfected the authentic process of making Hawaiian-style shave ice. He was trained by the legendary Aaron Furujen, who has operated a renowned shave ice business in Hawaii for more than 65 years.
